The rooms were too dark. The mattress seemed old and it was too soft. The housekeeping staff did not replenish the coffee or the toiletries and the toilet handle broke so the toilet did not flush.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was friendly.

I am somewhat likely to return to the AmeriSuites Dallas Grand Prairie.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was not informed there would be renovations going on and the non-smoking room I had reserved was not available.

I am very likely to return to the AmeriSuites Dallas Grand Prairie.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We did experience problems with the plumbing but it was handled in a timely manner.

I am not likely to return to the AmeriSuites Dallas Grand Prairie.
