The kitchen in the room didn't work. The staff was not that helpful. The room smelled slightly of mildew. They did reduce the room rate as compensation. It was okay overall, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

I liked the location, and I enjoyed the breakfasts provided.
This hotel made me feel important: The attitude of the front desk personnel and the attention of staff at the breakfast bar were great.

This was our first experience, but it will not be our last. I have since learned that my son prefers to stay in Amerisuites when he travels for business.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have excellent service. We received a very quick response to a problem with the television remote control. During the brunch, they made us feel as though we were sitting in their home kitchen.

This hotel made me feel respected: We felt respected there because when we complained of the room not being cleaned from the previous person, the staff were obliging in immediately moving us into another room without any questions.

The desk clerk sent us to a very nice place to eat with a discount, what a great service.
This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because they were very helpful with anything I needed.
