AmeriSuites Charlotte

I use this hotel because it has suites and pullout beds. We have five children and can rarely afford the higher prices of other suites hotels. In addition, the hotel provides complimentary breakfast which provides additional savings.

We called along the way for directions and the front desk person we talked to was not helpful. He was actually somewhat rude. I have stayed at several other AmeriSuites hotels and this is the first bad experience I have encountered.

I was satisfied with the room. The weather was hot but the room was comfortable. The hotel was hard to find, because it is hidden. The coffee was awful.

This hotel made me feel content: They were very helpful.

The hallway smelled mildewy. The commode didn't flush properly. The breakfast doesn't compare to the cook to order at Embassy Suites.
