Someone with key access went into my room while we were at the pool and took my wifes debit card and went on a $15,000 shopping spree.

I am positive it was an inside job!!! The staff bonuses at the guest expense.

The hotel was clean, convenient, in a good location, with a friendly staff. The hotel could use a full service restaurant and bar.

It was ok, my main purpose was to sleep.

This hotel has poor access to everything. There are no decent restaurants in the vicinity, they’re all chains. No sidewalks, all pedestrians are in peril. I only stayed here because my employer uses this hotel, it must be a cost thing. I might give this a mediocre rating, but the location makes a stay here miserable.
