Hyatt Place Miami Airport West Doral

The location was conveniently located off of the highway. The hotel room was comfortable.

The location was okay, central to everything and close by the Palmetto. The comfort was good and the service was excellent. The outside gardening was much nicer than expected for the area. The service was the main thing. They were always smiling and happy to please. Wow, I thought, how much are these guys getting paid, they are awesome.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted me with a smile and seemed eager to please. They were extremely kind and helpful. They were really impressive, from the guy behind the desk to the lady preparing the waffle mix to make fresh waffles with strawberries and whipped cream.

The previous director of sales was great as was the general manager. However, the new general manager and director of sales have no clue as to what they are doing. I won't stay there again.

The carpet was old and very dirty. The outside door had a large space letting in both light and outside air. I would likely look for another hotel chain in the future.

The hotel was convenient. It served my needs and provided adequate service/facilities.
