The room had not been vacuumed (there was visible detritus in several places on the floor). The bed linens did not appear to have been changed (a dirty sock had been made into the bed). I attempted to complain, but found no comment forms in the room or at the front desk. I made comments online after the trip. I got a call from the manager of this facility after several weeks; I received only an apology, no satisfaction or offer of any kind. There appeared to be only one full-time staff person on duty (same person for a 24-hour stay). I saw one cleaning person at the front desk only once.
