Their very low occupancy rate says it all. The ironing board is in the closet, but where is the iron? You have to sign it out at the front desk. And no, they can't bring it to you in your room; there is only one person on staff and she is manning

Front desk staff was very friendly and maid was really helpful. They have great hot breakfast in the morning. It saved us a lot of money. Location is great, close to everything, and we had a beautiful view of mountains out of the window.
this is a very old hotel. The service is not top of the line. people i have talked to stay at the hotel extended studio. I stayed there and absolutely loved it. cant wait to go back to the Hotel Extended Studio, its clean, friendly, and overall...
34 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel has definitely seen better days, and shows a lot of wear in the carpets, outdated decor and lack of quality amenities. At around $80/night, it was pretty cheap, and I guess you get what you pay for. One example was the ice machine in the hallway that was very loud and sounded like it was draining water continually.
Apparently the top floor has been remodeled but I didn't get a chance to see it or stay here. We had a beer at the bar on premises, but the crowd was very local and it was crowded (at least on a Friday night.) And the included breakfast was rather dicey and institutional in feel. I grabbed a cup of coffee and headed out.
By the way, the website for this hotel is really misleading. It's by no way a resort type feel. The pool is enclosed by a concrete wall, surrounded by a parking lot.
