Ambassador Hotel Amarillo

On our first night's stay, we turned the bed covers down to find a very large, wet area of urine. The hotel did not charge for that night, but would not honor our remaining two night reservation.

I enjoyed the stay and the hotel was near other attractions.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They had a care package in the room for each person.

This hotel was in a great location, it's right of off I-40 with a TGIF in the lobby. They have a great breakfast restaurant, too.

I loved the atrium and piano. It looks like the rooms are fairly new, I think they just had a renovation. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice and large.

It was ok, but way overpriced.

very nice hotel. My family and I really liked this hotel. Our kids loved the pool and the atrium and my husband and I loved the workout facilities. The rooms were huge compared to alot of other hotels we've been to, plus we had great room service from TGI Fridays. Can't get much better than TGIF in bed. We'll be back next trip.
