Our room needed help and the heater did not work, Owner/Manager refused to more us to another room. This is an old property and needs help, the pool was about 65 degrees and our kids refused to swim in it due to it being cloudy. We always stay...

Staff was very accomodating and considerate. Front desk staff was very busy when I arrived but she very calmly and professionally handled all of the clientel wiht very little wait time. A staff memeber even got coffee for us while we were waiting...

Our whole extended family stayed here for a wedding and we were all quite disappointed. Housekeeping apparently forgot to clean the rooms on Saturday. The rooms were not very clean to begin. Our room smelled horribly of mildew or mold. They did not...
