Excellent
This was a very clean hotel. The staff makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The location can't be beat. It is within walking distance of all attractions but quiet and peaceful.

The staff was friendly at check in, which is more than expected in todays business...so it was nice. I felt comfortable the whole time i was there. The room was very nice, and very clean. The pool was clean so me and my wife were able to enjoy down time at the hotel. The breakfast area was small, but the huge lobby was big enough for two hotels. All of the cloth items...bedspreads,pilows in the room appeared to be new. it was very nice.

We stayed here during the summer 2006. It has a good location next to Dollywood, but thats about it. There was nothing special about the breakfast. I was the unlucky member of the family who slept on the sofa bed. It was so bad; it would have been better to not have bothered with the bed and just slept on the couch. The two other beds in our room were no better and very spongy. The hotel hallways were very dark. I would not stay here or recommend it to anyone but my enemies. The convenience isn't worth it.

Good
I would like to say first that this hotel has a great continental breakfast. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are great because you have your own fridge, sink, microwave, and stove. Beds are comfortable except the sofas need to be updated. ...

Overall, I was disappointed in the room. The room was big, but there was only a couch and it was not comfortable, it was very hard. I thought there should've been a nice chair in the room. Also, the bed seemed really old as well as the comforter and cover underneath. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom floor was wet. I did see a couple of bugs in the sink. The positive things were the friendly staff, and the pool. I did not want to spend any time in the room and I did not feel comfortable there. I was very disappointed for the price that we paid.

The fireplace didn't work the first night I was there, but the staff fixed it the very next day. But the staff didn't seem to know much about food delivery service in the area.
