The Excellent All American Inn & Suites is the newest hotel in Norwalk, Ohio, home of the premier drag racing facility, Norwalk Raceway Park. We are conveniently located on St Rt 250 (Milan Ave) just 3 miles south of the Ohio Turnpike (80/90) and only 5 miles from the raceway. The hotel has all interior corridors with a lovely heated indoor pool area located at the front of the hotel with an inviting whirlpool as well. All rooms are graciously appointed with 25 inch cable tv, free HBO, pay per view movies, coffeemakers, hairdryers, ironing boards and irons, free wireless internet throughout the entire facility and in-room safes. A delightful continental breakfast is served every morning along with a complimentary newspaper. The hotel has 3 floors with an elevator as well and we have beautiful king room suites equipped with oversized whirlpool tubs that are separate from the bathroom. There is a great honeymoon suite as well with an indoor balcony that overlooks the pool area. We love groups and offer great package rates upon request for our special guests that would like to make us their central headquarters! We are also only 15 miles from Cedar Point Amusement Park, voted the best amusement park in the country many years running! Come stay with us and let us exceed your expectations!!

Don't stay here!. First off, they state that they will give you $10 off Cedar Point tickets - actually it is $7 off and they hand you a Pepsi can that you must drink/pour out for each person going to the amusement park. The breakfast area is VERY small with limited kinds of food. The pool is also small and usually full all the time. The rooms are very noisy. I had to call the front desk at midnight because the people in the room above us sounded like a stampede. I asked the front desk clerk (who was cleaning rooms at the same time as being at the front desk) to put 4 bottles of water in a freezer the night prior to us going to Cedar Point (they had no refrigerators unless you had a suite) so that they would be frozen as it was going to be record breaking heat at the park. The next morning, they gave them to me and they weren't even cold, much less frozen. The clerk told me that they had been having problems with their own freezer. If you want a good nights rest, DO NOT stay here.

this is a new, clean hotel, just a short drive up 250 to cedar point. desk staff very nice, discount to cedar point with stay ($7.00).free shuttle does serve,but times were limited based on volume,drive to cedar p. was better. rooms nice,quiet...

The inn was very clean, it looked brand new. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. In the future, I will go out of my way to look for an available AmeriHost available to stay.
At the reception area, they acknowledged me immediately, in spite of helping another guest, to let me know they would assist me as soon as possible. I feel that is an important customer courtesy that is often overlooked nowadays.

The location was good, but a tad far away from a lot of retail stores or fast food places. They have great booking and price, though! I would stay with them again in a heartbeat. We loved the indoor pool. The safe in our room was missing the key and they made a credit to our bill for it and offered to switch out the rooms. The room was clean and well taken care of. The staff was kind and polite. The breakfast was lacking in a lot of ways but I have seen much worse. Overall, I would use them again and look forward to booking others around the US when we travel in the future.

The heated pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was barely luke warm, couldn't check-in until after 2pm, continental breakfast was nothing but a box of donuts left sitting out.

I was very mad about the service I received from Amerihost. I will never step foot into another one of their hotels. We had bugs in our room in our bed and everywhere in our room. It was so nasty and gross.
