Alister Square Inn - Page 1

My wife and I stayed at the Alister Square Inn for a weekend. It was the worst experience we have ever had with any business. Apparently, they are having problems with "unauthorized" people getting into their hotel rooms. We know this because on a Saturday morning, the managers came banging on our door, shouting for us to "Open up!". They wanted to know what we were doing in that room, because they didn't have any record of anyone being checked in. What???? They had just checked us in the night before! Anyway, they proceeded to confront us, and, when we got upset about how they were treating us, they threatened to throw us out with no refund! They were rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. We will never stay at an Alister property again, and we recommend you stay away, too. Consider the safety and security concerns if they can't even control who gets into rooms, or keep track of their guests.
