Horrible
I made a reservation with the Alexis Inn and Suites for a single night stay this past month. When I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, while driving into Nashville, they told me that I had not made a reservation as a guest of the hotel. I ...
28 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here this past weekend. It was my first time in Nashville, so I had no idea what to really expect when I had initially booked this room, other than from what I had read from reviews. I originally had a standard room with a king sized bed, but was upgraded into a suite upon arrival. The suite was very roomy and comfortable. A very clean hotel at a most reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful, so no problems there. It is very close to the airport, which was convenient for me, but if you don't have a car I imagine it could be difficult since downtown Nashville is not all that close. The breakfast was great! I expected the standard continental breakfast with nothing but toast and coffee, but it was a lovely assortment of things - including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, etc. - so quite good. I recommend this hotel and when I go back to Nashville I would have no problem staying there again.
Me and my family stayed there in June on our vacation. Its location was great and easy to get places. It was very clean and the people were very helpful. The breakfast was also a treat. Not having a pool is the only exception to it being perfect ...
My husband and I stayed at the Alexis Inn April 2008. The rooms were a great value, very clean, comfortable and centrally located. We were able to book tours directly from the hotel. The pickup and drop off at the airport were especially helpful...

Excellent value! Smaller room & bath, but with upscale bedding and desk. Great for the business traveler. Every lamp had an AC plug on front - great if you have a bunch of things to recharge. Free movie channels. Very friendly staff.

We have just returned from a tour of tennessee & Mississipi and stayed in a few budget and not so budget hotels.
Having read some not so good reviews about the Alexis I only pre booked one night.
On arrival we were nicely suprised at the quality of the hotel, the freindly staff and the quality of the rooms. For a budget hotel I cannot reccomend this highly enough, needless to stay we booked a second night shortly after we arrived.
