The doorman was very nice, very helpful and offered serviced I did not know were available. He, personally, improved my stay. As did the concierge, who was very helpful.

Marriotts are always consistent in all areas and that is the reason why we book ourselves with them. We are going to China at the end of the year and plan on staying at the Marriott there--we heard the same consistency is oversees.
