At our 1845 Greek Revival home, built by Cyrus Aldrich, a member of the Illinois General Assembly and veteran Whig, the Aldrich Guest House retains all the elements of its original style and elegance. We spent the last 2 days of our 2 week vacation at the Aldrich Guest House, and recommend it highly. Fran and Brian were wonderful, friendly, and accomodating hosts. The breakfasts were wonderful and we also enjoyed the wine, cheese, and crackers...

If you are looking for a place to stay, for a special occasion, or just to get away, this is the place. Accommodations are beautiful, food gourmet, and the hosts, Fran and Brian could not have been more friendly and hospitable.
