Ala Moana Hotel

Loved how accessible it was to everything (beach, mall, convention center). Bus stop nearby, making travel around Oahu easy as well. Rooms had complimentary internet access, which was nice. Lobby/rooms had wireless internet for a fee.

Dislikes:

Pool closes at sunset, laundry rooms were small and often had to wait to use them, adjoining restaurant was rather expensive.

The Ala Moana Hotel had everything that I could ask for: excellent location, beautiful rooms, great amenities, and a friendly staff. The Ala Moana Hotel is located right next door to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and a short walk to the beach. I loved the room, which was recently renovated and looked brand new. The Ala Moana had great rates compared to the other hotels in Honolulu. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going to Hawaii!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ala Moana Hotel. The entire hotel at the Ala Moana was recently renovated and the room looked brand new. I liked the fact that the hotel was located next door to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which our dining options very easy every day. The beach is just down the street and I went every morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hawaii! You'll love it!

I'm not sure why these other reviews say there is no high speed wireless because we had it in our room. Maybe it was recently installed?

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's newly remodeled with all the bells and whistles. Beautiful rooms, great pool deck + poolside bar, excercise room, amenities, and restaurants.

My only complaint is the parking which ran $15/day. Other than that, we loved the location - walking distance to Waikiki beach, the Ala Moana mall, and convention center. Great value, would recommend.

I really liked the hotel. I did not have a problem with anything. The employees were courteous and very helpful. The Sunday buffet breakfast was very good.
