THE HOTEL IS OLD, THE TOWELS WERE OLD AND THE FURINTURE IS OLD. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED. THE BEDS HAD HAIRS IN THEM AND THE SHEETS WERE NOT FRESH. THE LOUNGE & POOL WERE CLOSED. WE CHECK IN THEN CHECK BACK OUT.

The staff has a we are here to please you attitude. The shuttle picked me and my girlfriend up at the trainstation. The front desk was ready with the room. I was looking for a room with a balcony, courtside view, 2 beds, and breakfast. Got that and much more- the room had a coffee maker, hair dryer and an iron and board. We had the options to rent movies. There was a swimming pool and spa.

The shuttle was available 24 hours within a 3 mile radius. Which got us to downtown and the transit system.

The breakfast was a hot buffet.

I will be staying at this hotel always.

The Airport University Inn in Albuquerque, NM boasts amenities they do not have. The rooms are old, the bathtub requires shower slippers. The hotel guide in the room indicates that they have a laundry room and dry cleaning service available. I called the front desk to inquire about these services and the clerk at the front desk said they did not have those services. She suggested that I used the laundry facilities at the hotel next door.
