The room was dark and dingy! There was a broken picture above the sofa bed with jagged glass still in it. The bathroom area was so disgusting we left without showering. There were only 2 towels in the room, and no washcloths. Coffee pack, but no coffee maker. There was also no alarm clock. The room next door had children screaming till well after midnight. The best part was the sign on the bathroom door which said "All items inventoried before arrival, you will be charged for any missing items." Maybe they should send in maids instead of people to inventory. Pool was fairly nice, though the hot tub wasnt filled. Other than that this place is a total dump!

Whatever you do stay far away. No smoke alarms in the room, room smells like animals, no inside lock on the doors, no telephone in the room, furniture is dirty, sheets were dirty, bathroom dirty, the hotel is falling apart. The pool area looks great however the hot tub is empty. There has clearly been some suspicious activity taking place in this hotel and I would not stay there without a weapon of some sort. Do not be decieved by this hotel, it is in a very appealing and otherwise great area of town, this hotel used to be the holidome which back in the day when i was growing up was a great place to take an in-town family vacation. I made the mistake of allowing my friend to book a room at this hotel today (not realizing how badly things have changed there) and when I dropped him off I got to check out his room and it was so bad I had to write this review. STAY AWAY.
I am not likely
to return to the Airport USA Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The Rooms Stunk. I had to spray a couple of cans of Febreeze in the room to get the smell of cat urine out of it. Along with the smell coming through the vents of Marijuana. Children under the age of 5 in the hot tub. We were promised a heated pool, and the heater was broken. My daughter told a child they were too young to be in the hot tube and the childs Mother (a friend of an employee as we were told by the employee screamed at the top of her lungs at my daughter to shut the "F" up) and the employee told us we needed to keep a better eye on our "child". The lights in bathrooms in the Holidome did not work. The exercise room was very moldy and just stunk. We were very disapointed for just a weekend get away with the kids to have fun and we ended up in a nightmare. Outside security doors wide open and the locks not working. I would not reccommend this place to anyone. You cannot even find a website to complain to. The domain name is up for sale. This place is just pure TRASH. I had to give it a 1 cause there is not a 0 available.

The stay was not good. The security doors do not work. The fire alarm kept going off, the fire department did not respond until I called 911. The staff lied about what was going on (several stories to several people). There seemed to be illegal activity going on. The maintenance was non existent. The staff did not seem to care about the nights sleep we lost because of the alarm sounding three times and offered no compensation, discounts, not even an apology!

Very convenient to Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Airport, right off the freeway, formerly a "Holidome" with large indoor pool, current ownership has renovated hotel. I arrived late in the evening at the airport and stayed here rather than driving into Cincinnati. I was pleasantly surprised, very good value and clean room. I didn't use pool, but it appeared to be attractive.

The hotel has new ownership. They were very easy to talk with. Pool was great and the bar was even better. They had karaoke on Thursday and Friday!! I would stay here again at such a great rate.

The hotel was relatively easy to access from I-75. They had plenty of rooms with access to some rooms from the ground level. They had a light breakfast included. It was reasonably priced.
I am very likely
to return to the Airport USA Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The rooms were dingy and not well lit. The room they wanted to give me was located in back of an outbuilding facing the woods where there was no parking. The bathrooms and the rooms were dingy and moldy. The bathroom were extremely small.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Airport USA Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The staff was rude and insulting to guests. They were very accusatory, we stayed in a non-smoking room (because we do not smoke) and were berated at check out about smoking in the room and we would be charged $150 if we did.
They have you sign a page of ridiculous rules from no cake allowed or beer that is not purchased at the bar. I have a Best Western card and AAA Discount and was not allowed to use the discount because two people were staying in the room. This was the absolute worse hotel experience on my life.
