Okay

I am a tour operator in Israel and needed a hotel for a group of 35 en route to Tokyo for 1 night on March 30, 2008.

The reviews looked terrible but I was however assured by my Italian supplier that the hotel was OK.

Horrible

This hotel was recommended to us by the Rome Hilton hotel airport staff since the Hilton was fully booked on our last night in Rome.

We had specifically asked for a hotel between the airport and Rome since we were going into the city...

Horrible

Delta/Alitalia cancellation hotel. Don't stay here. Dirty and staff is clueless. wireless internet is about the best thing...it is just not included in hotel. Oh...
