We made reservations and even had a fax from the hotel with confirmation numbers only for them to tell us they did not have rooms for us.

They told us they only had one room left (we had reserved three) but we would have to pay the higher price for it. Before we left, they mentioned they did have suites open. We told them if they had three we would go ahead and take them.

We reserved the suites (paying full price) and asked if the three rooms could be close together. He told us he would try. When our other friends arrived an hour later, we found out they did not in fact hold the two other suites we had just reserved. What a joke! He just tried to put the blame on us saying we had never told him to. (Even though we had originally reserved three rooms, then asked for the rooms to be close).

Our friends had to leave late at night to find a different hotel. The room itself was fine and shuttle service to airport was great, but we were very disappointed in the way they handled everything.

This hotel has friendly staff. This is a great hotel if your flying in and out. We came in late and had to leave early and there 24 hour van was great. A lot of pilots stay here and the rooms are clean a major bonus!

The locations was good. We were fairly centrally or closely located to interesting sightseeing things and stores and restaurants. The hotel had a friendly staff. There was an airport shuttle to and from most places.
