Airport Inn Hotel

We had dropped our bags in the room and went to dinner with family. Upon our return from dinner, we found that partygoers from an bar adjacent to the property were wandering all over the property drunk and screaming. Because we needed to get to sleep right away, we checked out (complaining at the front desk) and went to another hotel. The Days Inn Bessemer refused a refund because we had been in the room "too long" (our bags sat in it while we ate for two hours with family). Even with e-mails to the manager explaining the situation, they refused a refund. They have bad customer service, it was a bad experience, and it's not a well-kept facility. We will never go there again.

I really liked the hotel, it had a friendly staff. And it was very clean and neat.

This motel is easy to find and access. I was just passing through and stayed one night.

Days Inn Birmingham Airport gives value for the money.
