Customer Service is terrible

i don't like the owner of the resort she does not know how to do business, she is very rude and unwelcoming,she treats clients like she is doing them a favor not bringing her some business.she acts like she does not like what she does.i would not recommend this place to any of my friends and relatives as i do not want them to go through what i went through.we did not even see the beauty of the place because of our initial experience with her.
