No, this isn't a 5 star hotel but it is hotel you and your kids can relax at. I was worried at first because of some of the reviews but was very surprised after my stay. The staff was very busy at all times but managed to stay friendly. My 5 children loved it. The hotel rooms were a bit high but very very clean. The pools were fun for our youngest kids and the pak was enjoyable for everyone. Very clean and all employees were very friendly. We will be back.....

This hotel is not worth the $120 a night that they charge. We stayed in a pool side room, the drywall around the air conditioner was rotten from mold, the carpet was torn up, and the mattress was stained a reddish-brown color.
A child had a #2 accident in one of the swimming pools, which was fished out with a net. No evacuation or shock treatment! Gross! People actually kept swimming while it was being scooped out. The food is nothing great, edible, but not worth the $10.95 they charge for the evening buffet. I'd rather walk across the street to McDonalds or Pizza Hut.
The staff is not very friendly, except for the retired age workers they hire over the summer months, they at least can tell a good joke or two!
