For one that is being billed as a 'great place,' it was dirty -- I've stayed in much nicer places for less money. They overcharged me for parking and did not seem at all concerned when I told the front desk how their accommodations failed to impress.
They need a better system for the valet parking and for when you are checking in.
The service at the restaurant was terrible. They were not knowledgeable about the menu. It took an hour to just get breakfast!
They twice failed to record a conference-related reservation.
