The staff was very nice and pleasant to work with. Room service was great. The lunch and snack that were served at the confrence I was attending was wonderful and plentyful. But, the rooms were dirty and the lighting was awful. The carpet smelled of mold and the ceiling was crumbling. The tub was dirty. The staff explained you were remodeling, so, it still should be clean and comfortable. The gift shop was very under stocked. I drove 7 hours to get there and wanted a soda and a snack and it was very picked over and she was out of supplies, suprised because there were several confrences being held.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
