We felt as if the staff viewed us as not good enough to stay there. The rooms were not supplied with the proper eminities and the front desk was rude when we called to get what we needed.

Worst experience i've ever had-were treated like criminals, unorgainzed staff, fire exits blocked, hated every minute there.

They booked the wrong room type, confirmed a king size bed, they gave me two doubles, with no ablility to change when complained. The building/room was 70's style, with denver city street noise seeping through the windows. Not an elegant experience.

Some costs were hidden, ie parking, until checkout.

This hotel made me feel respected: Quaility and reputation of the hotel.

For the number of people they had staying there they did a good job. Room service was rather unintelligent though.

This hotel made me feel important: The overall atmosphere at the hotel combined with the attitudes of the staff.

I was amazed to get the price did through priceline for the quality of hotel this one is.

I had some items stolen from my room by there security director. I hired my own private investigator and found out that j. W. stole a red adams mark blanket had purchased from there grand junction store.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I had a handicapped room that was easy to get to from the loby. The bed was comfortable.

Typical convention hotel atmosphere. Somewhat upscale; however, nothing special.
