Adam's Mark Denver Hotel

Front desk wouldn't pick-up phone after numerous calling attempts (on two occasions, hanging up). Front desk staff seems easily overwhelmed.

No heat in room.

Rooms are poorly lit - very dim. It may have been renovated only 3 yrs ago, but the hotel is starting to look shabby.

Good location, but would not stay here again.

Would never stay at any Adam's Mark Hotel. Front desk staff rude. Cleaned room for next guest before we checked out at 10:00 am.

My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel in December, 2006....we liked it so much we are coming back in a few days (Sept. 2007) for another stay. The service was great, and the room service food was reasonable and good. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Denver. In fact we are bringing friends this time so I am sure they will have the same experience as we did last time.

It is a very nice hotel. It is well kept and it has a nice downtown location.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was right in the middle of downtown. All the hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice and the interior and the exterior were just beautiful.

This hotel made me feel content: Anything that was needed was there.
