This hotel made me feel important: They were well informed on my business trip and my time element.

This hotel made me feel excited: I know the Adam's Mark stands for quality, so when staying at this fine hotel, I feel like I am part of something special.

It was average for an overpriced business hotel.

I was just very under-impressed with it, for a downtown convention hotel.

This hotel made me feel secure: It was a large facility with a lot of staff around to watch things going on.

It's a nice hotel and convenient to the location I planned to go to.

The manager who was assisting at check-in seemed to panic when the line was long; not very professional behavior.

It was too crowded and there were other people at the convention at the hotel who were extremely nasty. Adams Mark didn't seem to care. Also, the beds weren't made up unless you asked for it.

We don't usually stay in any hotel, or motel. We have a large motor home and two cats. We bought the motor home so it would be easier to travel with our two cats.

This was the 3rd Adams Mark hotel we have stayed in during the past 20 years, and we will use the Adams Mark chain whenever possible in the future. They have proven their value and 'good service.'

This hotel made me feel respected: I was impressed with the degree of courtesy extended my wife and at every contact with hotel employees. We were also given every reasonable additional item we wanted in our room without argument or delay.

The elevators were not working properly. They are not equipped to handle big conventions. I was at A-Kon last year.

The service was terrible. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to satisfy any inquiries. The elevator situation was atrocious, every elevator broke down at least once. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not be staying there again!

It was very busy with several conventions, which made for long lines at any service counter. The employees were still very cool and not harried with any request.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It has a comfortable setting and furniture.

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but the double conferences they held while I was there contributed to that. Still, they should have been prepared.

This hotel made me feel excited: They welcomed us with signs, punch, cookies and many friendly employees for our Mary Kay seminar.

They were excellent hosts to a large convention of weird people (project A-Kon 15, a Japanese animation convention). They were very understanding of the problems involved with a large group (nearly 10,000 people), and very helpful and friendly.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It is an excellent, high-class hotel, which I got to stay in at a cheap price. I've never been in a hotel that nice before.

Their gift shop lacked personal items. I forgot my toothbrush and had to go outside the hotel to purchase one.

This hotel made me feel important: I liked not exactly the hotel itself, but the conference being held at the hotel.

The plumbing was poorly maintained, and was not reported by housekeeping. There was a light fixture with a faulty bulb. Again, housekeeping should have caught this. Rusty sinks that will not shut off and lamps needing service attention are not acceptable.
