This hotel is in a good location. I felt safe. The staff was courteous and it was easy to get where I needed to be.

This hotel has insufficient parking and hard, hard beds! Cell phone reception was intermittent in the hallways. But they have an excellent breakfast buffet at a low price.

I am very likely to return to the Adam's Mark Dallas.

The first room they put us in had double beds when we booked queens, but because they were booked up we stayed in that room for one night. They moved us the very next day with no problem into a room with queen beds and knocked a little off the price due to the issue.

I am very likely to return to the Adam's Mark Dallas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I stayed for a time: during the OU vs. TX NCAA college football weekend, when the hotels and staff are reluctant to have students stay in the hotels. I did not expect to get top-notch quality service.

The hotel was large, but it was easy to get around. The check-in was extremely fast and convenient.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The hotel staff went out of its way to let us know that we were appreciated there. They did things especially for our company.

50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It was consistent with my other visits. I like staying there.

This hotel made me feel respected: I have stayed there many times over the years and always felt the service was exceptional. I also like the way it is hooked to the 'Avenue of the Americas.' I like the Adams Mark in St. Louis, too, and just booked my companies' 2006 international conference there.

I am very likely to return to the Adam's Mark Dallas.

It was overpriced for the quality; if there wasn't a convention rate applicable, I wouldn't have even considered the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was comfortable, but they put my prepaid account on someone else's room. They were going to make me sleep on the street the first night. The next day I got hold of the office and they got it taken care of.

The hotel should make the stairways accessible for movements other than emergencies. There were several times when I needed to travel between three floors and did not want to wait for the elevator.

This hotel made me feel excited: I liked the beautiful view of the Dallas skyline at night from the roof of their parking garage.
