The location was good for the convention. It was not family oriented. Overall, it was a good experience.

I feel that the Adam's Mark hotel was possibly the nicest hotel I have stayed in. All the accommodations were top notch. I would stay there again without a moments hesitation.

This hotel made me feel pampered: All my needs were met. There was everything I needed right there in the room, like an iron, an ironing board, computer hook-up, nice bath robes, a nice view and a very comfortable bed.

The stay was fine. The location is downtown Dallas which I hate, but my meeting was downtown so it worked perfectly for me.

It was fine and convenient to the convention center.

The amenities were less than expected. I felt the internet service should have been free. There were a lot of extra charges that were not explained before my arrival. There was not coffee available in the room. There was no refrigerator to store drinks. I was pretty disappointed.

It was a great experience, but parking was a bit rough.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They hosted an anime convention that I was using the hotel for. They have done it several years now and it is always a blast.

The hotel has a great location and it is easy to get to.

The hotel is very nice and extremely convenient. It is attached to a downtown mall and business park and just a few blocks from the rail station. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Unfortunately, the front lobby has a very foul smell that they have been unable to get rid of.

It was a very nice hotel although a little pricey for my taste. It was a long way to travel from the airport but, otherwise, very nice.

I liked the hotel. It was friendly and it had all the needed amenities including being a good location.

I went to the cafe at breakfast time and the waitress and she added herself a tip to my credit card. I called the manager and they never returned my call.

I like the Adams mark but they need to try to shed the 80s feel. maybe a revamp???

It was a convenient stay for my Walden University experience.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff greeted me at every occasion. They almost always asked if they could help me. The receptionist had a pleasant smile and friendly interaction.

I truly had a great time at the Adam's Mark-Dallas. The view of The Chaparral Restaurant was magnificient! I was celebrating my birthday and reserved an executive suite which I found clean, cozy and big with another nice view of the Dallas skyline. We had two(2) waiters at our service and the sea bass was excellent! My husband's steak was very tender and tasty as well! (He grills steaks every Sunday and his steak was just right!) Let a pro tell you. The pianoist was good as well!

The swimming pool is big and it also has a great view. It was nice to be able to pick from an indoor and outdoor pool. The exercise room was nicely equipped as well. Very clean.

I would have liked to have a pianoist playing at the Rose Bar when we arrived for drinks. Overall, we plan to go back. Perfect location with a wonderful view!
