Their customer relations were not helpful. They were very unfriendly.

At 6:30 am, there was no hot water. There is absolutely no excuse for this! The room was okay; however, at $90 a night for a single, I expected much more than I got.

The hotel has average rooms and no spectacular view. The sections where hotel guest(s) park was closed off due to an event at the hotel. Hotel traffic had to walk all the way around the building. I did not receive my wake up call and never received a clock.
