Overall very nice. The bed could have been more comfortable and there was some plaster cracking near the window but other than that, I really liked the hotel. It is pretty, the price was reasonable and it had great affordable parking. I would stay there again without a doubt.

It is a nice facility. I do not believe that the layout is good for handicapped people. It is awkward to get around.

Parking was the worst I have seen and you have to pay for it extra! The restaurant service was extremely poor and expensive for what I got.

I am not likely to return to the Adam's Mark Buffalo Niagara.

I am a tour operator, coordinating and escorting Motor Coach excursions. We stayed overnight at the Adams Mark en route to and from an East Coast Tour. The Group Sales Manager was extremely pleasant and cooperative. When a couple within the group had to leave the trip and return home because of illness, he even canceled their room on the return trip home, which rarely is the case with other hotels.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was very comfortable and clean.

I am very likely to return to the Adam's Mark Buffalo Niagara.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This hotel is the bottom of the barrel for customer service.

Shortly after returning from the hockey game, I discovered that my room was above a bar and a very loud band. I requested another room, but I was told none were available. I was assured that the music was ending at midnight. The music blared on until 2 am.

The room had spiders, it was cleaned twice and still had more. The staff was unfriendly, unaccommodating and the room service took almost two hours to get to the room.

We were definitely impressed with the hotel as a whole. We did not feel like going out during the day and we were impressed by the bar area, which was perfect for watching college football. The people at the desk also helped us set up a trip to Niagara Falls.

We had a very bad experience with a receptionist who was very unfriendly and rude. She did not help us at all when we complained that we did not receive the hotel package, which we were supposed to receive.

She insisted that we had received room service, which was not true and wanted us to pay for something we did not get. We were lucky that the manager was very helpful and nice and helped us and in the end we paid for what we actually received.

I am not likely to return to the Adam's Mark Buffalo Niagara.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This is one of my favorite hotel chains. The staff makes all the difference! They have a fantastic attitude that can be relied on time and time again. The conference venues are very nice and any glitches along the way are handled expediently and with that great attitude I have come to rely on with this hotel chain. The rooms are well kept and the service staff will try to accommodate any special requests you have with efficiency and a smile. The restaurant is mid priced with a nice atmosphere. The indoor pool is a good size and the in house gym is well equipped.

This hotel made me feel important: I truly felt that the staff appreciated my business and that I was not just a guest. If a staff member had access to my or my spouses name, they did not just say, Sir or Madame, but Mr. or Mrs. I was never rushed or felt that my situation was not as important as someone else's. I have been to this particular hotel before, even though it was over a year ago, the staff at the reception recognized me and made me feel very welcome.

I am very likely to return to the Adam's Mark Buffalo Niagara.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
