Website had incorrect directions. Airport Expressway apparently is now the Sam Jones Expressway. We drove around for an hour an a half trying to find the hotel because they have not updated their directions.

Mediocre
If you are coming in from out of town, especially with a convention, plan on renting a car. The hotel has limited dining options, especially for those traveling with children under the age of 18. The hotel is no longer at or near the airport, now ...

Excellent
On December 23 at 11:30 pm I arrived in Indy to a horrible ice storm. I could not make it to see my relatatives and called Adam's Mark. The people there were friendly, fast to come get me at the airport and I could even order room service at that...

We were told the hotel was just remodeled. The hotel/rooms looked nice when we first arrived. The staff was a little slow checking us in. When we got into our room they looked ok, until I looked closer. The rooms had not been dusted in a while. When we went to take a shower there was no hot water, when I confronted the staff, I was told that they were at capacity and that was just the way it was. I went to bed only to find out they had just layed a flat sheet over the mattress....no fitted sheets. Plus the pillows were old feather pillows that were very heavy, very uncomfortable, and smelled bad. The next morning we went to eat breakfast, only to find them to be rude & under staffed. Not to mention I am sure everything was washed in cold water since there was not hot water in the hotel. I was told by one of the staff members that the hotel should have been condemned instead of remodeled?? I have stayed in rooms that were 39.99 a night that were way nicer, and cleaner that the Adam's Mark.

We are with an organization which stays at the Adam's Mark hotel in Indianapolis at least once a year. The menu is always the same at both hotels in order to partially accommodate vegetarians, but the quality of the food, of the service and the knowledge regarding the menu is very different at each hotel, with Adam's Mark being extremely inferior, almost inedible. The restaurant menu has the same shortcomings. We bring food from home rather than use the Adam's Mark hotel restaurant for non included meals.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Adam's Mark Indianapolis.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Overall, the hotel was great. We were disappointed that there was no longer a comedy club located in the hotel. It needed some type of night life. The location is great when traveling to the Speedway. It needs to be marked better when exiting the expressway. We were terribly lost.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Adam's Mark Indianapolis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The only problem I had was the tub. It was hard to get into and I am a short person, so having to get into it was very difficult. A shower would have been very helpful.
I was always asked if I need anything or if they could help me. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed help.

to return to the Adam's Mark Indianapolis.
I might recommend it to friends.
