A well equipped hotel with plenty of ammenities. The rooms and suites are comfortable with all the essentials. There's a nice glass-enclosed indoor pool, which includes a sundeck, dry sauna and locker rooms, and a fully equipped fitness center. The hotel's Deco Restaurant serves regional cuisine and an extensive wine list at dinner and traditional favorites for breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch. There's a louge area with live entertainment and and Players bar where you can watch the latest sports highlights. The staff are efficient and quick to help with anything you need.

The hotel was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. My bathroom ceiling was leaking all over us. The heater in my room rattled everytime it shut down. The noise from the hallway was horrible. I tried to call the front desk but my phone did not work. I went to the front desk and complained and they said they would look into it, but nothing was done. I left my earrings on the desk in my room by the Buffalo paper upon check out. I called the hotel and they said that they could not find them. I told them exactly were they were left. But "housekeeping" could not find them. Yeah right! those 10k gold earring with greek writing are very expensive earring that "opps" cannot be found. I asked to be reembursed for my room(which still does not cover the cost of the earrings) but they have not given me a response. I will not stay at this hotel and I will not give there name to anyone that I know. If you stay there, be prepared.

Love this palce it is walking distance to everything we want to do in Buffalo. Hockey, Coca Cola field, the Erie Canal concerts, wonderful and friendly service and a great breakfast buffet.

I had to be in Buffalo for 3 weeks on business. I had been staying at the Hyatt, but they got booked up the last week, so I moved over to the Adam Mark. Overall, the hotel was old--60's or 70s style and had an odor... The halls were dark and cold
THIS HOTEL IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL,THE FRONT DESK DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE WHATS GOING ON,ROOMS WHERE NOT NOT READY ALLTHOUGH THEIR WERE BOOKED WELL IN ADVANCE. ITS SAD THAT IF THIS IS ONE OF BUFFALOS BETTER HOTELS YOU SHOULD BOOK IN CANADA,THE DRIV

Good
The pictures of the bi-level suite posted on their website are of their Presidential Suite. The regular bi-level suites are quite small, simply two of their regular rooms with a connecting circular stair, a king room upstairs, downstairs has a pull ...

It is good that it has a workout room. The food was great. The location downtown at the marina is nice and safe and it is a good place to walk. I would go again.
I enjoyed the safe location. I did not have to worry about safety issues.
I am very likely
to return to the Adam's Mark Buffalo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
