The Ace is how you want to travel- simple, stylish, and not too expensive. We offer all the comforts of business class with the immediacy and personal attention only found in an independent hotel. Our one-of-a-kind accommodations combine modern lines with an eclectic sensibility, re-interpreting the classic flavor and affordability of European-style lodging. Our historic Belltown building is situated in the heart of downtown Seattle, within blocks of Pike Place Market and Seattle's ever-growing network of art galleries, clubs, bars, boutiques and restaurants. Downstairs, you can get the best of independent designers at Kuhlman's clothing, your nails done at Wax-On Spa, the coolest cut in the Northwest at Rudy's Barbershop or a cold beer at the Cyclops bar and restaurant. The modest size of the Ace Hotel also allows for easy access to hotel staff, creating a fun and intimate experience for everyone. No two rooms are exactly alike, making every visit a fresh experience. The (Not-So-) Standard room has 14ft ceilings and white brick walls reminiscent of a downtown loft. Rooms are furnished with low, platform beds, stainless steel in-room sinks, vanities, 2 condoms and a copy of the Kama Sutra. 6 individual bathrooms (just down the hall) are shared with fellow guests and feature oversized showers complete with their own compelling soundtracks The Deluxe rooms feature high ceilings, low queen size beds, whitewashed brick, modern furnishings and luxurious private baths. Several rooms include views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. The staff will guide you through all of the hotel's unique room styles when booking. All rooms come stocked with French Army blankets, cable TV, phone, free wi-fi, newspaper and minibar. If you are like us- whether on business or pleasure- you are looking for more than just a room when you travel. The Ace is a small, intimate hotel that lets you feel like you are "somewhere" not just "anywhere."

After a missed flight across the country, the staff were extremely respectful of the possibility of a cancellation and upon arrival were eager to make my trip to Seattle relaxing. Great recommendations on local places to get some food at 11pm, and h

Mediocre
The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in due to being right next to a main road and old 'warehouse' inherited windows. LOVED the decor tho and breakfast style, but didn't get a wink (even with the free ear plugs). Website said they were full when we...
I felt it was not particularly clean. Design element was good but the whole place felt like it was done up on the cheap. Definitely not worth the money.
Location is superb (Belltown is great) and so was the front desk staff. They...
the interior design and some of the amenities were great design but for the price should be at least a bath tub. ask for a room with artwork on the walls.
The pictures don't give you the right representation of the rooms. The rooms are very, very tiny. The bathroom sink is next to the bed. Most rooms don't have a closet and when they say yes, this room has one..... don't believe them!!!! ...
This was truly a shock...we arrived

Horrible
This was truly a shock...we arrived late off Amtrak...and were greeted by a very busy bar...the hotel gives you free earplugs. I was praying there was another Ace Hotel in Seattle...but we were not that lucky. This should be called the Ace Hostel....

Excellent
The Ace Hotel is a fun place to stay. Ultra Modern decor is their signature, with most walls, floors, and ceilings being a stark white, with white and natural accent pieces to give it a minimalist modern feel. Our room was nice, if a little small,...

Horrible
I had heard good things about the Ace hotel, and was told that was where I should stay while in Portland OR- the weekend of Jan 12th 2007. I looked online for the Portland and couldnt find one, so I called the Ace here in Seattle WA, and...
pros: Continental Breakfast til noon, cool decor, low priceAnd really. I think that's a good thing. This is not a generic chain. It's a unique, budget hotel. The decor is interesting, but might seem a bit flimsy. I loved this place, it was...
