This boutique hotel features forty-eight newly renovated, comfortable guest rooms. All rooms open onto the hotel's patio courtyard and have easy access to the pool and spas; some rooms also have views of the nearby San Jacinto Mountains. With its large heated pool, barbecue/picnic areas, sauna, and two whirlpool spas, the 7 Springs Inn & Suites has all the necessities for a desert vacation without the fuss or the astronomical price.. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. Please Note: A 4% resort fee will be charged at time of check-in, early check-in & check-out fees may apply. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Guests must be at least age 21 to register. . The swimming pool will be closed for renovations from August 11 until August 29, 2008. Customer service was extraordinary. The beds were very comfortable and the setting is beautiful. We will definitely stay there when we return to Palm Springs. Everything (from the grounds to the room) was very clean!

I am not a pet person, so, I didn't lik eit when I was eating in my room and a fela appeared. When I turned on the a/c, I could smell pet dander---not good for Palm SPrings in the summer to avoid using the a/c. Why would they allow pets in this nice ...

Had stayed here once before and enjoyed a beautiful room service style continental breakfast- now that has been discontinued, so no breakfast at all, even in the lobby. Pool was cloudy, dirty and overheated, and the grass was crawling with fire ants....
It is so cozy and clean. The beds are so comfortable and the place is clean and centrally located. We have tried different Hotels and are always disapointed and end up coming back to the 7 Springs Inn. I would highly reccomend...
