The room was nice for our family. It was nice having a separate bedroom and space to spread out with grown children. The mattresses were a bit too soft, but doable. Everything was clean and worked. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

I'm still recovering from the horrible service I received from this hotel.
It by far has the worst management around. I've been to Calgary several times and have never encountered such a horrible hotel. Nothing in the room was in working condition and the front desk staff was insanely rude! The rooms were dirty and the best part of my trip was checking out.
Also, if you ever lose your senses and decide to actually stay at 5 Calgary, then make sure they take the right reservation because they're known for making incorrect bookings!
