I stayed at the 3 Peaks Resort in Lake Tahoe and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. 3 Peaks is by no means a 5 Star resort but for the price and amenities it is the perfect affordable getaway. You can get a room with a fridge and I believe the suites have full kitchens I traveled alone and stayed for two days and found the staff to be friendly and my bed was as comfortable as any I've ever slept in. This place would be great to come back to in the summer as it is close to the lake and there is also a pool. Anyone looking for a great deal on a room in Lake Tahoe should definetly check out 3 Peaks.
