38 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If you understand that this is not a hotel, but a residence, your expectations change. There is no staff to check you in, and nobody except security is around at night. As a residence, its got more amenities than any place you can think of. Its right on a private natural beach. The beach isn't too good, but walk a block down the shore and you are on a cleaner(less seaweed) and sandier public beach. Its right on the town's bike path system, making it easy to get everywhere. Nowhere is more than a 10-15 minute bike ride from 1800 Atlantic. Its got a great hot tub, sauna, pool, gardens, grills and tennis courts. The only thing missing is a workout room. The quality of each individual unit will vary, as they are individually owned residences that you rent. Some owners keep them up, some don't.
