Located in the heart of Ogunquit, where Beach Street meets Shore Road and Route One, 16 Beach Street B&B is a three-minute walk to the Beach or to The Marginal Way and sits right in the middle of some of the best shopping in town. This classic three story New Englander style home was built in 1920 by the Perkins family. The interior of the inn sets the tone for your visit to Ogunquit with all hard-wood floors and lively beach-themed colors. Watch the tide come and go from most of our East-facing windows. Wake each morning as the sun rises from the Atlantic, and the smell of salt air and homemade scones draw you to our gorgeous front porch. Take advantage of early morning coffee on the porch before sitting down to a full gourmet breakfast. Leave your car in our parking lot, because you will not need it. Some of the regions best shopping, dining, sights, and nightlife are all within walking distance. 16 Beach Street is a classic three-story New Englander style home built in 1920 by the Perkins family. The interior boasts hardwood floors throughout. We are a small intimate Inn with five bedrooms. Because of its close proximity to the Beach, the Inn is decorated like a beach house in bright cheery colors. The location of the Inn is ideal. Our guests never have to get back into their cars....trolley stops right outside the door and we are within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, the beach and the Marginal Way. Full breakfasts are served every morning along with our signature home-made scones.
