What is the Free Listing Program and why should I sign up?
TravelPost.com's Free Listing Program enables any lodging property, large or small, to be included in TravelPost.com's hotel directory.
By joining our directory, you will appear in search results on TravelPost.com and get a direct link to your hotel's website. This link will send you qualified shoppers, ready to reserve a room at your property. Additionally, once your property is listed on TravelPost.com, our members can post reviews and photos to tell others about their stay (you can post photos for free as well). In other words, it's free publicity for your property with no strings attached!

How do I list my property for free on TravelPost.com?
Just go to the contact us page and click the "tell us about a hotel we're missing" link. Then, enter as much information about the hotel as you can. You'll need to include the hotel's street address, website or phone number so we can verify the information is accurate. Once our team reviews your listing, your property will be added within a few days.
If my property is already listed on TravelPost.com, how do I fix incorrect or missing information?
TravelPost.com strives to have the most up-to-date listing of hotel information anywhere. To report an error or to update your information, go to your property's page and click the "edit this information" link in the Info & Amenities section. Fill out the form and send it to us and we'll make the changes.
What information does TravelPost.com include about a hotel property?
Here's a full list of the information we may display on TravelPost.com. When adding or updating a listing, make sure to include as much of this information as possible.
- Street address, nearest cross street, city, state, country and zip (US, Canada)
- Toll-free phone and local phone
- Official website link
- Star Rating (one to five stars)
- Price per room per night (minimum available price)
- Number of rooms and number of floors
- Year built and year of last renovation
- Check-in and check-out time
- Are pets allowed?
- Number of bars and restaurants on premises
- Is room service available?
- Does the property have a fitness room, hot tub, spa, indoor or outdoor pool?
- Is parking available, and if so, is it free?
- Is wireless or wired high-speed internet access available, and if so, is it free?
- Do the rooms have Cable TV, Kitchenettes, A/C?
- Other significant amenities not listed above
- Significant policies, such as if your property is closed during part of the year
Can I add photos of my property to my listing?
Absolutely! You're welcome to upload photos of your property. Just follow the link "Upload Photos" on your property page and look at our Guide to taking great hotel photos for some ideas on what to post.
Are there strings attached to the free listing? Will you ever start charging me?
There are no strings attached and we will not charge you for this program. We're happy to provide property owners with a way to feature their official website and phone numbers for free, as our members find this information immensely helpful. Note, however, that if we have a relationship with a hotel's parent brand, such as Holiday Inn hotels, we will link to the official corporate website.
