Very quaint and friendly place, not fancy but great value, surrounded by fun shops and great restaurants and local flavor outside the door. Staff is so friendly and accomodating as much as possible. If your fussy about every little thing this is not the place for you. It's like staying at your Grandmother's house. Full of love and character but not perfect. We are going back it was fun and met interesting people. Wine and cheese at 5:00 great chat time.

Found hotel to be very clean, yet

Found hotel to be very clean, yet smelled like alot of Lysol had been used. Almost too sterile. The noise level was very loud from the other customers, with no attention paid to time of night/morning, etc. No hot water for hot tub at first, but heated up eventually. Would not stay in the main house again, but "would" stay in adjoining rooms in unattached rooms.

We had a great stay at this B&B.

We had a great stay at this B&B. We made many new freinds from all around the world.
This is a surprisingly large place, with what appears to be 30 rooms. Ours had a 2 person hot tub and gas fireplace.
I would reccomend that light sleepers that want to sleep in past 8:00 not book rooms near the dining area.
Location is fantastic, amidst a small upscale town filled with fun shops and gourmet resteraunts. Great beaches (surfing, tidepools) are 1 mile away.
Breakfast and the evening wine and cheese were well beyond expectations. Service was friendly and warm.

The Zaballla House was conveniently located with friendly staff. We arrived late but enjoyed walking the downtown on a gorgeous fall night, would plan to stay there again!
