Terrible

Nasty place. Their photos on their website are boldface lies. The curtains wouldn't close, no hot water in the tub/shower, no wireless internet in the room like they claimed on the phone (they did have it in the lobby). The bed's mattress cover was too big and so loose it was like swimming in a pool. Carpet was very dirty. The roof creaked BAD when people in the room above me walked.. had to listen to it creaking till midnight. Continental breakfast was a joke - coffee and some bagged danish that you would only eat if stranded in the desert.

But what is really sad is that when I was sitting in the lobby using the internet, I overheard a clerk tell the owner that some people checked in and came back in 5 minutes and said the place was filthy and immediately checked out. The owner just shrugged his shoulders, obviously not caring. People like this should really be out of biz..

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here - seeing the buildings and reading the other reviews, it seems I actually one of their better rooms, and that stunk.

The Comfort and the Very Accommodating

The Comfort and the Very Accommodating Staff.Pool needed to be heated. We recently had a Family Union and we had a Wonderful Time! The staff was very accommodating to us. Although the rooms are not perfect and not without blemishes I did find it to be clean and the beds very comfortable! I would stay there again and have a few times. I wished the pool was maybe a little cleaner but there is a lot of wind in the desert ( we lived in YV for many years) that blows all into it and it needed to be heated.

Price.Poorly maintained, not real clean. . Just too many things wrong here. Door wouldn't open without very hard shove. The wireless internet didn't reach the rooms like they claimed. Uncomfortable bed. Curtains wouldn't close (had to fix it myself). Cable went out. Ceiling creaked. No hot water in shower (worked in the sink though). Stains on carpet. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and very cheap Danish. .

Gone WAY downhill

Turned around and left after opening the door, it's amazing how far downhill this place has gone. There were no towels and everything was dirty and run down. The best way to describe it is to say it is what I imagine one of those rent-by-the-hour places in a bad part of town looks like. I tried to get my card refunded at the office but they all of a sudden couldn't speak English at the desk so I'll be contesting the charge.
My cousin lives nearby so I used to stay here periodically when I was in the state but looks like I'll have to find a different place. On this last occasion I ended up driving to Ontario where I had a flight the next day.

Roach Motel

The room seemed clean during the day, but when we got back at night the place was crawling with roaches. We had them in the bathroom and crawling on the bed. Very disgusting. Needless to say we were unable to stay and had to leave. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very Accomidating

I was in the ares for the 2007 Coachella arts and music festival. Every reasonably priced place in palm springs was sold out, even the unreasonably priced places were sold out and I personally wasn't willing to spend and obscene ammount of money for a hotel, say 400 or more a night. So when I found this place still had rooms available and they weren't hiking up their rates just cause there was even in the area I was really suprised. So we get there in the dead of night after a long drive from vegas and they didn't have the double bed I had requested but they did provide us with a roll away bed and extra towels and such even though it was 1am. The facility itself was really nice, the furniture in the rooms left something to be desired but it was clean and the staff was very accomadating to us during our 3 day stay.

would stay there over and over again

Great value and great location. When we first arrived the mini fridge in our room was out of order, but a call to the office led to a new fridge in minutes. Huge room, nice pool and nice patio off of room. Great views of desert landscape and close to Joshua Tree and Pioneertown, as well as Palm Springs. Not a super deluxe place, but very comfortable, clean and safe. Morning muffins, fruit and coffee were nice as well. We'll stay there again if we can.
