This hotel met and in some cases passed my expectations. Very friendly staff. However, this was N/A isolated person because the other staff members we great. This is one of the best locations in Palm Springs. The pool was outstanding. However, the hotel seems like it needed a facelift. The rugs in the hall ways were coming up and walls were in need of paint. There was a large rain storm that created a flood, due to a busted water pipe, in the lobby.
