The bed was uncomfortable, the room was smelly, the bathroom sub-part and the room was a corner room and would not cool down. I usually book via Priceline using name your bet system. I was offer the same hotel a year later and i refuse to go to the so called Wyndham resort. I would rater take a lost. Our first room's bath stank badly and required a call to have the toilets, tub and floors washed properly. The slider was broken and made the balcony inaccessible. Our second room had burnt light bulbs, an inoperable safe. House keeping half made one bed and left us one bath towel. Two calls to house keeping starting at 6 p.m. finally got us the towels at around 11 p.m. The grounds are well kept and the main pool is delightfully warm. The coffee shop girls are clueless and messed up two orders in front of us and botched ours as well. Overall I would say this hotel is 2 to 2-1/2 stars in performance and 1 star house keeping.
