Only complaint (and it's a big one to me) is that you could not set the fan on the air conditioner to run all night to make white noise. If you left the fan on it would run for a while and then turn off for a while, same with the AC, so there was a constant change in noise all night long. They said that the motors in their units just couldn't handle being on constantly. This was annoying and for someone sensitive to sound, a BIG reason not to stay here. In addition to that noise, we could hear talking in the lobby and people playing in the pool all directly in our room.
