The front desk is not in a very local and visible location. We felt very unwelcomed. Pizza Hut was the only restuarant in walking distance. Sub shop with limited hours/with limited food options was on site. For our family of four, we were split between two rooms which were four rooms apart. The bed's box spring in our room was dirty. We lacked weather stripping on the bottom of our outside door and had to endure 2 nights of over a dozen flying moths. Our beautiful patio had two moldy plastic chairs and pigeons, with no screen door. No laundry units in the room and the front desk, where you had to get laundry cards, had been out for several days. (How about driving a mile or two and spending some time at a local laundry mat while on vacation!) The pool is absolutely gigantic and it is very well maintained. The pool is also kept very warm, warmer than the others i was in in Daytona which was nice because it got a little chilly. The jacuzi while not huge is also clean and very warm. The room we stayed in was nice with a great view of the ocean. The lobby was clean and there was wireless internet available which did reach up to our 5th floor room. There were laundry machines located on our floor which worked adequately well. My only complaint is that the elevators are rather slow but there isn't a lot of traffic going up and down so it wasn't too much of a hassle. FOR YEARS WE'VE SPENT MANY WEEKS AT DIFFERENT CONDOS IN DAYTONA BEACH AND NO OTHER COMPARES. GRANTED- THEY ARE NOT VERY SPACIOUS, BUT FOR A FAMILY OF 2 THEY ARE PERFECT. (THERE'S NOT TOO MUCH YOU CAN MESS UP) THE POOL THERE IS SPECTACULAR AND KEPT IMMACULATE!!!
