We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in and found out that our rooms were ready early (I know, that doesn't happen often, but it was a good start to our weekend!). The lady at the desk was very courteous. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and spacious. I stayed in one of the standard rooms, with 2 queen beds. Wonderful amenities. Also, I needed to have some documents copied and faxed for work and the staff was more than willing to help me out with this. They were also helpful with directions and calling cabs for us during our evenings out. I will definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise! The front desk personnel were very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The lounge is a cigar bar so if you do not like the smoke go to the other bar. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. The food in the Regatta Bar & Grille far supassed our expectations. Not at all what you would expect from a hotel restaurant. The Prime Rib is the best I've ever had! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The facility is clean, modern and very close to downtown (walking distance). We travel to Morgantown because our son is a student at WVU. We always enjoy our stay and the food is first rate.
