It is clean and pretty reasonable for downtown Dallas. The rooms are huge and the beds are so comfortable. I loved that the beds had a down comforter on it. It was like home away from home. The room was very spacious, the marble bathroom gorgeous, but the bed... yes, the bed was TERRIBLE. It sunk on the sides and my husband and I either rolled off the edges, or inward towards each other. I'm not sure if this is the same for all rooms or just ours, but we were very disappointed. Luckily it was just one night or we would have complained. Our suite had a bar with a refrigerator, a beautiful living room, a large bathroom, and a four poster bed. Our view over Oaklawn was nice. We enjoyed the Library bar for snacks and drinks while listening to someone play the piano. The hotel is centrally located for everything you need.
