I guess i expected alot more. It said 4 star and I thought more like 3 star. It looks WAY nicer online, they did a great job on the pictures. It was a nice place if it was cheaper i guess. The people were very nice but the hotel itself needed alittle more fixing up. It looked like a new hotel online and when you arrive there, you can tell that they tried to fix it up. Not bad if you dont care about the hotel and amentiesand is probably nicer then someother hotels that are cheaper. okay.

Wow our hotel was gorgeous and the rooms were very well kept and I appreciated the elevator security measures. I nevered wondered if I were in danger in the hallways. The restaurant was great also. Our doormen were more than helpful getting us to our destinations and the hotel personnel was very knowledgeable about where to go to get things. The Waikiki Parc Hotel is situated one block from Waikiki Beach and one block from the International Marketplace and shopping only surpassed in Hollywood. Our Waikiki Beach view from our room gave sunset a whole new meaning. Don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy all the amenities you can use while on the dream vacation.

it was fine, nothing special. furnishings were nice. kind-of-a poor attempt to make an old hotel look ultra modern. the walls in the room really needed some new paint. but really the hotel wasn't bad, just that the overall decor and feel were empty and not very functional or inviting.

My mom and I had a nice time at the Waikiki Parc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size.. as was the bathroom. The wooden slats covering the windows were quite dusty, but as soon as I voiced my concerns to the housekeeping dept., they quickly took care of the problem. We liked that you had to use your room key to have access to the guest elevators...it made us feel secure. The pool was good and had a beautiful ocean view, but the "lanai" area on the other side of the hotel was not...as it looked like a storage area. The fitness room was a joke. The room was very small and dark. It doesn't make you want to work out there. I swam laps at the pool and ran outside instead. The hotel front is not that great, as you have to walk up into a side street/alley way to get to it...but the location is great! You are right around the corner to a Dennys and other affordable restaurants. Within walking distance to the beach, shops and main tourist street. At the end of our stay, the hotel even offered us the use of the hotel limo to go to the airport, for the same price as a cab. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed at hotel without knowing

Stayed at hotel without knowing anything about it, and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, great location for walking around Waikiki, and very close to the beach. It's right across the street with great swimming. The hotel staff was the best though, any question they had a answer for, and great recommendations of places to go, with maps included. If they didn't have a map, they would draw one for you. Able to make plans and reservations through hotel, and got picked up for everything right out front. Upgrade to the ocean view room, it's well worth it, and ask for a high room. We were on the 14th floor, and were very happy. All in all, would stay again, without a doubt.

We stayed in the Parc room. The view

We stayed in the Parc room. The view is not so great because these rooms face inland. But, they are accordingly less expensive. This hotel is on the other side of the street from the beach, so you have to walk along the public beach access sidewalk between hotels to get to the beach. Again, you're saving money accordingly. All things considered, this hotel offers a great value for Waikiki.

For the most part this hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, but small. Beds were big, but to firm for us. The location to the beach is awesome. Some rooms with ocean views. There is a resturant in this hotel, but the prices were very expensive. The hotle offers room service meals as well. A room service sandwich cost $! However there is a Denny's a block away from the hotel that is open 24 hours. This hotel offers a hospitality room for guest checking out, but who have a evening flight. This service was very helpfull for us as we wanted to shower away the sand from the beach before climbing on our plane at 8:00PM

This is a great little hotel with some

pros: Great value, service, locationThis is a great little hotel with some great perks! It's location is probably it's greatest asset! It' s got beach access by pathway right out the door, it is near fantastic shopping and dining, has great packages that for us, included free breakfast and parking, and best of all, is next to the Halekulani, where we dined most often, enjoying music and hula by the beautiful Kanoe Miller. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was nicely appointed. We opted for a view of the city and the mountains behind Honolulu, which was a nice change from looking at the ocean all day long from the beach. One must expect a little bit more noise, as this hotel is in the city, but we quickly got used to it, and found it comparable to the noise we would expect staying in Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, or Seattle, where we have traveled. I heartily recommend this hotel.
